- Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene or customization reasons, some items (such as underwear, unsealed personal care products, or customized items) are not eligible for return.

- Ship the item back to the designated address (please keep your shipping receipt).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the funds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Return Shipping Fees: Unless the item has quality issues, the shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
