Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following support:

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene or customization reasons, some items (such as underwear, unsealed personal care products, or customized items) are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
    2. Ship the item back to the designated address (please keep your shipping receipt).
    3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the funds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Unless the item has quality issues, the shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
